Which types of payment are accepted?
At trendboxx.eu you can pay by cash on delivery, payment in advance and PayPal.

Do you also accept international orders?
trendboxx.eu accepts orders worldwide. Deliveries to locations outside of Germany have an influence on the delivery time.

How high are the shipment costs?
We ship both within and outside of Germany. You can see the shipment costs in our shipment table.

Do I have a right of return?
You can return each product within 14 days of receipt. For further details please refer to our General Business Terms [in German: AGB].

If you would like to return received goods, carefully package the goods and send them to the following address:

How can I get my money back?
We will refund you the purchase price of the returned goods. If the delivery was made by cash on delivery, we shall transfer the purchase amount to you when your bank details are stated. Credit notes for return shipments are, as a rule, arranged within three weeks. In case of goods which are returned carriage paid, the costs shall be offset against the credit note.
