Thank you for shopping at trendboxx.eu. We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase. Should this not be the case, you can take advantage of our 14-day Return or Exchange Policy. You may return any article within this period and receive a full refund or may exchange it for the same article of another colour or size.

1.) Conditions of return

Please ensure that all articles are returned

• unworn
• with labels attached
• in the original packaging

2.) Costs of shipment
If the cost of the returned articles exceeds 40.00 EUR, you may take advantage of our free DHL shipping label which can be printed by following the link below. The shipment goes through Deutsche Post. If the cost of the returned articles is less than 40.00 EUR, the cost of shipment is carried by the customer through a carrier of the customers choice.

3.) retourn form
In order to process your return as quickly as possible, we would ask you to fill out the return form and enclose it with your shipment.



4.) Copy of invoice
Please enclose a copy of your invoice.

5.) Refund of invoiced amount
Upon return of your articles, the invoiced amount will be refunded to your credit card, PayPal account or bank account. For purchases made through paymorrow you will receive an E-mail stating the remaining invoice amount.

Costs of shipment
For all returns from outside Germany the shipping costs are carried by the customer. Please note that the free DHL shipping label cannot be used.


Exchanges within Germany/ outside of Germany

Important
An exchange is the changing of an identical article into a different colour or size. For an alternative article we would ask you to place a new order.

• Please indicate which article is to be exchanged (including the new colour and size) by filling out the field exchange on the return form.
• Should you wish to reserve the new article in advance, please place a new order using Moneyorder/Vorkasse as your method of payment. A new payment is not required as the amount will be offset. Simply state your new order number on the return form in the field exchange.

The exchanged article will be returned to you at our cost, both within Germany and outside of Germany.
